The service

Sihati360 lets clinics run their practice, lets patients reach their clinic's patient portal, and lets anyone find a doctor and book. The iOS and Android apps are published by TayseerulQuran Professional Inc. and show the same platform. By using the platform or the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Not a substitute for a doctor or for emergency care

Information on the platform does not replace advice from your doctor. The AI assistant does not diagnose or prescribe. In an emergency, call an ambulance or go to the nearest emergency department. The clinic and its doctors alone are responsible for the medical care they provide.

Accounts and sign-in

• Patients sign in with their health number and a code sent over WhatsApp. Never share the code; clinic staff will never ask for it.
• Staff accounts are created by the clinic. The account holder is responsible for keeping the password secret and for activity under the account.
• Tell your clinic at once if you think someone has accessed your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to access data that is not yours or that you are not authorised to see, to disrupt or attack the platform, or to upload abusive or harmful content.

Content and files

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you upload. Medical data belongs to the patient and the clinic as the law provides. The brand, logos and software belong to their owners and may not be copied without permission.

External links

Some links open WhatsApp, maps or other websites; those services have their own terms.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and secure, but it may pause for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may improve the service or change these terms, and will publish any change here with its date.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for medical decisions or for indirect damage arising from use of the service or from its interruption.

Suspension

The clinic or we may suspend an account that breaks these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

iOS and Android apps

Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and downloading the Android app is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Neither Apple nor Google is a party to these terms or responsible for the service or its support.
